Salvation

"For God so loved the world, that He gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life."

What is Salvation?

Deliverance from the dangers, difficulties and penalties of the power of sin.

Praise God for the sacrifice of Jesus that is sufficient to cover all of your sins. All of them, even the smallest sin like gossip or worry, sins like losing your temper, and even greater sins like murder.  All sins are covered equally by the blood of Jesus. You will never be held accountable for the guilt of your sin because Jesus has taken the punishment for you. The price for your redemption has been paid by Him.  The sacrifice for your sin has been made, you have been forgiven.  The free gift of salvation and eternal life is yours.  The gates of Heaven are now open to you!

God promises us  that "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness." 1 John 1:9 (NIV).

If you believe with your heart and confess with your mouth that the message you've just read is true, please pray this simple prayer by faith:

Dear God, I confess to You the sinfulness of my life. I’m so sorry for my wrong doing. I know it was for me, and because of me, that Jesus died. Please forgive me of all my sins from the past, present and into the future. Thank You Jesus for setting me  free from my sins, and cleansing me from all unrighteousness.  Help me to live according to your will and your ways.  I know now that I am clean and forgiven and ready for eternity in heaven with You. In Jesus name I pray.  Amen

If you've just prayed this prayer in your heart, I would love to hear from you!   Please write me a note at kristhayer@kristhayer.com
